Papillary urothelial carcinoma of the urinary bladder usually metastasizes to the local lymph nodes, liver, lungs, bone, and mediastinum. Urogenital tract carcinoma of the head and neck metastasis is uncommon and rarely reported to the cervical lymph nodes.
