Clinical picture consists of red to purplish macules with a finely reticulated pattern of vascular structures. Dermoscopy shows arborizing telangiectatic vessels. Histology is characterized by a vascular proliferation composed of thin‐walled vessels, located in the upper dermis, that stains positive with podoplanin (D2‐40).
